Easter 2012
Noah (5) Lincoln (17 months) Caleb (3)
The boys had fun meeting their new cousin, baby Zoey. Caleb loved smelling her feet.
Cory’s family traditions for Easter include a piñata. As the boys are getting older, this is getting to be a really fun thing! Even Lincoln got in on the action.
Of course we had lots of egg hunting…
Love how excited Noel is about her eggs! I also love Lincoln’s chubby little wrists :0)
It’s the easter bunny!
Trying out their new silly straws.
Noah’s April memory verse: “That Christ died for our sins and He was buried, and He was raised on the third day, just as the Bible says.” 1 Corinthians 15:3,4
Twins
Today Noel came over to play, and I got to see what it would be like to have twin 16 month olds. And it was really fun, probably because it was only for a few of hours and I really had nothing to do but watch them play!
They liked sitting in chairs watching Baby Praise…
The ball machine made them giggle…
Isn’t she just so sweet?
Cory’s 33rd Bday
Tonight we headed out to Joe’s BBQ to cash in on Cory’s free birthday dinner. It was such a lovely evening to be outside. The boys gobbled up their food so they could run and play, and Cory and I enjoyed just sitting together and watching them burn energy.
I asked the boys what they love about their daddy. Caleb said, “Umm… his M&M’s.”
Noah said, “I love that he built me a huge swing set to play on.”
Feeling very blessed today to celebrate such a wonderful husband and father. We love you Cory!
December 2011
Guess I’m becoming one of those “once a month” bloggers. December was packed with family, travel, and my favorite, Christmas cookies. Here are some highlights!
Matchy Cousins Ready for Christmas

Christmas with Grani and the Newkirks

(so gross, but we love him anyway!)
A Happy New Years at the Cabin
Thanksgiving 2011
What a great day! We are blessed to be so close to both sides of our families, so we had a very full day of yummy food and giving thanks. I really love Thanksgiving.
This is what happens when you try to take a picture of all the little ones at the end on the night. Not so great! Next time I’m going to try to remember to take a group shot before they are all worn out!
